Q- Are you a large gift basket company?
A- No, we are a family run business, a cottage business. This means you will get more personalized care with each package we send out.

Q- Are your baskets mass produced?
A- No, each one is handled in a personal manner, putting together the items individually.This way we are sure to send out gifts that have a personal touch..just like you would at home.

Q- Do the baskets all look exactly like the photos?
A- No, the photos are only a means to give you an idea of what your basket will look like. Because each basket is individual, they will not look exactly alike...but then, who wants a personal gift such as this to be a carbon copy of the last one sent? You can request a photo of your exact basket be sent at the time of mailing.

Q- Are there ever substitutions made in the items of the baskets?
A- At times if an item is not available, Yes, we will substitute for an equal or greater value item.

Q- Why do I see other basket companies offer cookies, gum and candy for their army gifts and you do not?
A- Simply...in boot camp the privates are NOT allowed such things and the drill sergeant will take them away. Our military gifts are carefully designed so they will be items your loved ones Can have.... especially in bootcamp.
